TM stated they were lifting cases from the conveyor line and twisted to place cases in FedEx truck when this incident occurred.

On [REDACTED] team member was working in the FedEx trailer at door 51 loading cases off the conveyor belt. They picked up a box turned to stack it up and turned back to the belt. This motion they performed caused a sharp pain to shoot through the team member 's groin area up through their stomach on the right side. After this they loaded a few more boxes then reported the incident to the supervisor. The team member tried stretching but the pain was still prevalent. CorVel was called and a team member left to seek urgent care. Documents uploaded to industry safe.
