On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a team member was unloading a trailer in [REDACTED]. As they were going into the trailer using their pacer they stepped off of the PIT to grab a piece of wood and mis stepped. They stated they picked up one piece of wood successfully and threw it away but when they attempted to grab another piece of wood but slipped and stepped on a nail sticking out of that second piece of wood. The nail went through their foot and cause bleeding. The TM was unsure if they have recently gotten a tetanus shot. [REDACTED] was called and recommended that they seek medical attention.
