Making boxes

TM states that [REDACTED] their shoulder was bothering them but continued to work through it because they believed it was a one-off thing from lifting pallets and building boxes repetitively they informed me of this and I switched them to making carts to try and eliminate them doing so much lifting. The TM tried to self-treat at home by icing and heating it and regularly taking [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] but the pain still persisted. [REDACTED] the same TM brought it to my attention that their shoulder neck and up to their head was still causing them pain but it was more significant pain and they requested to seek medical treatment.
