What happened
Employee was moving the nose roller material to his worktable using a forklift. Next he went to remove the banding around the bundle of material while it was still on the lift’s forks. The employee had positioned his right hand on the side of the material and used his left hand to hold the tool to remove the last band. During that process has he removed the last band. The material shifted catching his right index finger between two pieces of material causing the injury.
