What happened
Employee just finished priming 3yd side loader with 1 2 metal lid in the open position. Employee 's left hand placement had his pinky finger over the top rail and under the 1 2 metal lid. Employee started pushing the container to the painting area. During that process the container stall so the employee shoved harder on the container causing the lid to fall into the closed position smashing his pinky finger between the top rail and the lid causing the injury.
