Before the incident
Using the sheet mover employee had just placed a flat metal sheet on his work table to begin tac welding to another sheet.
What happened
The employee hopped onto the table and started tac-welding the sheet into place. During the process the employee was taking steps backwards as he laid down tac-welds he continued to do so unit he stepped off the table falling 3ft and landing on his side.
