What happened
EE was opening valve boxes for Drop Valves by the South wall across from robot by the aisleway to the man door EE used a safety knife to cut the tape around the two boxes of valves EE cut 7 sides of the two boxes and as they bent over to start cutting the last section of tape EE felt a pop in their left shoulder EE rotated their left arm shoulder and continued to work EE flipped the top half of both boxes off and then stacked the tops together EE then went and go on the forklift Once they felt pain had started they reported it to the Group Leads EE was given a ice pack to help with the pain and they took some pain medication
