Before the incident
Employee was manually unloading a trailer at a customer site.
What happened
While unloading at Nissin foods [REDACTED] driver went to remove one of the upper cases and as they pulled it from the load driver felt something fall in the left eye. Driver went to the cab of the truck and began to flush the eye. Since felt relief driver continued to unload the trailer. Upon returning to [REDACTED] employee began to feel discomfort again but departed to go home. While driving home the discomfort became greater so driver decided to call supervisor to report the discomfort. Supervisor instructed driver to proceed home and flush the affected eye out with a good source of clean water for another 20min. After flushing thoroughly and applying eye drops employee reported that the discomfort had gone away.
