Driver reported to DTX Supervisor that they had experienced discomfort in their right shoulder from an unload that took place on [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. Long Haul Driver stated that after unloading Their trailer their right shoulder felt same as usual but was experiencing some light tightness from the repeated motions of the unload. Long Haul driver finished scheduled work shift and returned to company site and did not report to department Supervisor or Manager of the said mentioned. On [REDACTED] (Day off from work) the discomfort had become greater and by nightfall employee said discomfort was too much and chose to go to the Emergency Room.
