Driver #1 was assisting another Peer [REDACTED] driver #2 with their unloading at a customer site. In the process of unloading [REDACTED] Driver #21 went to grab a box in order to down stack the product as they turned to place the product on a pallet residual wrap that was stuck behind the cases they were working on got caught to their foot causing them to lose their balance and fell. As the [REDACTED] Driver #1 fell they tried to break their fall by using their left hand and resulted in hurting their wrist.
