What happened
Upon lifting a stack of pans there was plastic wrap on one side which caused the non-wrapped end to slide apart. The stack slid apart as the were shifted from a horizontal to vertical position. Upon the shift the employee 's finger became caught between the sliding pans resulting in the laceration to the finger.
