Carrying trash can to the dumpster.

An Employee was emptying the trash from their workstation. The Employee did not see a cart that was placed there holding a floor fan the cart had a piece of metal protruding from the side that was in the path of the Employee. The metal piece caught on the employees’ shoe causing the Employee to lose balance falling into a trash hopper injuring the Employee’s right arm.
