Moving new air compressor into position in boiler room

A new air compressor arrived at the Facility. The Maintenance Manager communicated to Technicians not to install the air compressor until he returned from vacation. The two Maintenance Technicians were lifting the equipment one of the crowbars slipped out from underneath the equipment causing the one Maintenance Technician that was holding the slipped crowbar to fall forward as the other crowbar being held by the other Maintenance Technician came upward with an enormous force striking the Technician that fell forward on the right side of the face

Blunt force trauma; fracture and laceration
