EE was responding to a call for Maintenance to the Makino Mill in Large Machines Area.

As he knelt down next to the machine a metal chip poked through his pants and into his right knee. He didn 't thin much of it at the time but his knee started to swell the [REDACTED]. He was sent to Med-1 where he received a prescription and was diagnosed with cellulitis.
