Teammate was in the process of bringing another teammates tool box back to the maintenance shop As the teammate was traveling one of the wheels locked up on the tool box causing it to come in contact with the back of his right foot The tool box caught the teammates foot and then rolled over his ankle The teammate contacted the Safety Coordinator immediately The teammate was taken to the first aid office for further evaluation by the Athletic Trainer Upon evaluation it was determined that the teammate needed outside care
