Before the incident
Plugging in golf cart charger to extension cord.
What happened
A Turner employee pulled up on a golf cart in front of the roll up door on the north side of the HF maintenance shop. Employee then exited the golf cart walked into the shop area to retrieve an extension cord to supply power to a golf cart charger. At this point employee walked over to charger location bent over to plug the two cords together. While doing so employee tripped on a metal bracket causing her to lose her balance. This resulted in the employee 's left ankle to invert falling to ground level allowing her torso to sit back onto the ankle area.
