Setting up work area.

An SWS employee was attempting to tighten a bolt on a valve flange using the closed end of a 1 combination wrench. The employee placed the closed end of the wrench on the nut and proceeded to push the wrench downwards and away from himself. While doing this the wrench slipped causing the momentum of his body to travel forward. The employees face made contact with the valve flange resulting in an injury to his teeth.
