Site manager calls to report that EE was climbing down an AC egress ladder and slipped and fell approximately 10 feet to the ground He reportedly struck and injured his elbow and his head without loss of consciousness EMS was called and evaluated the EE and he is being transported by ambulance to Fort Walton Beach Medical Center for further evaluation and treatment
