Recordable due lost workday restrictions and Rx and OTC EE reported injury after tow operations of [REDACTED] helicopter Employee was bent over at approximate 60 ddg angle lifting 115lb wheel assembly over a skid rail When returning to the upright position he felt a sharp pain radiate down his leg He completed the aircraft movement of approximately 500 yards but was in unbearable pain and unable to stand up in a full up right position He notified supervisor supervisor advised employee to call IMT hotline Employee notified supervisor he was going to the Emergency Care Center on [REDACTED] He was allowed to RTW restricted duty [REDACTED] No lifting carrying climbing pushing pulling Employee not release [REDACTED] Awaiting Follow appointment Employee missed follow up and needs case reopened to get medical care New instructions from Occ Health Employee should be seen for release by [REDACTED]
