Recordable due to fracture restrictions and [REDACTED] reports an unknown injury to his left ankle on [REDACTED] The MOI is unknown at this time He was escorted to Santa Rosa Medical Center for further medical evaluation A Peer to Peer with Work Care was attempted but was unsuccessful The EE called the IM Team to report the MOI and ER outcome details He stated he was doing cable tensions on airplanes when he stepped off of the wing onto the platform he noticed the platform seemed to have been moved and he stepped onto it and felt a pop in his left ankle His Left Ankle was stuck in between the platform and the aircraft wing He braced himself for the fall and struck his left elbow in the process falling approximately 3 5 feet to the ground The Time of Injury was [REDACTED] CDT He was allowed to RTW restrictions [REDACTED] sitting deskwork only with the use of crutches for ambulation
