Recordable Treatment beyond First Aid due to 3 staples EE Was tasked with hydraulic motor pump isolator mount replacement on [REDACTED] System is located in the rear section of the fuselage aft of the landing gear and accessed with via a hinge panel Employee was working on a platform stand and when he lifted his head after grabbing items off the stand his head contacted the hydraulic filters bowls This resulted in two lacerations one on the right side and one on the left side of head Returned to work no restrictions
