Recordable due to restrictions and Rx The EE reports he was on the wing of an AC bent over working When he stood to get down off of the wind he turned to the right and when he took a step he lost his balance and fell off the wing approximately 3 feet to the concrete below EE landed on his outstretched hand palms then rolled onto his back Currently he is experiencing lower back discomfort and upper leg quad muscle discomfort with moving and walking He denies hitting his head or any problems with his wrists Restricted duty as of [REDACTED] recommended work restrictions sedentary work only
