What happened
On [REDACTED] EE contacted the IM Team to request a clinic visit for a facial injury laceration [REDACTED] as reported by the EE While walking back from the tool room he almost dropped the tools he was carrying so he looked down towards the tools in his hands when he looked up again he was right there at the aircraft striking his face against the wing His safety glasses broke and he sustained a laceration to the bridge of his nose and left eyebrow He denies experiencing loss of consciousness and denies the impact knocked him down He also denies injury to his eyes
