What happened
Two temporary scaffold builders were racking material in [REDACTED] when a joke regarding the assigned work got out of hand. One of the men warned the other one not to mess with him but he continued. The employee who issued the warning walked past the other employee and shoulder bumped him. This made the other man angry resulting in him punching his coworker. This caused the man to fall to the ground rolling his ankle in the process which resulted in a sprained ankle injury.
