Pushing pulling a plow blade to adjust it for proper attachment to the receiver on a truck. Occurred outside the building but on facility grounds.

While pushing pulling the plow blade ~2 feet to get properly aligned to the truck the associate must have tweaked their lower back. No pain issue was reported immediately but at the end of the shift associate was visibly in pain and having difficulty. Was transported to the ER using a company vehicle.

Strain sprain & pain in the lower back area.
