Before the incident
Working at North Inspection boxing out 909 5 8 hose. Interacting with North Inspection ferris setup while boxing out no other tools were in use.
What happened
During normal procedure tail end of hose came out of ferris & struck their right leg resulting in a puncture wound from protruding wire. Wound was cleaned but had trouble stopping the bleeding due to being on blood thinners. On-site first responder suggested going to urgent care for tetanus shot and inspection of wound. Was prescribed antibiotics + tetanus shot.
