On [REDACTED] at approx [REDACTED] EE was moving (pulling) a cart that holds the pallet for pivot tube parts down the aisleway East of pivot tube department (operator pathway). EE was walking normally down a straight path pulling a cart with his right hand. EE did not stop but the cart struck lower leg midstride and rolled up to lower calf resulting in a contusion.
