Moving Pallets

Employee was trying to go through the roll-up doorway between aseptic packaging and pre-form storage and stuck out his foot to trip the sensor because the door was starting to close and he wanted it to open back up. The forklift continued to roll forward as he was doing this and he couldn 't get his foot back into the lift quick enough so it was caught between the bottom of the forklift and the concrete post that protects the door sensor. Employee was seen in ER for x-rays.
