Stacking Milk Crates.

[REDACTED]) evening about [REDACTED] Lab employee was on case dock lifting milk crate with pint H&H product. they were attempting to stack crates on top of each other on hog machine. EE remained in the green zone lifting crate. While lifting they felt a pop in their left wrist. Not much was thought of it at the moment per EE and they resumed their duties injury was not reported per DG Safety Rules. OTC ibuprofen was self-administered with EE personal medication. [REDACTED]) EE had swelling in the wrist and went to their own provider for a checkup. Restrictions were given as a result and they informed their supervisor at about [REDACTED] that day.
