Adjusting palletizer.
What happened
Production sup was making adjustments on the BWI palletizer. There was a lever that was very tight and while trying to get it loose. In doing so they felt a painful crack in their right hand and wrist. They described it as it felt like my hand over torqued. EE used ice pack after incident. The following day they still feel discomfort and limited dexterity.
