Operator was filled glue pot improper technique. He lifted the box from the floor and he hurt his lower back. That time operator said he was fine. Now he 's having pain. [REDACTED]) cooler operator was refilling glue pot. While lifting the 2nd box they felt a sharp pain on the left flank. (Boxes of glue are 42 lbs.) Operator alerted supervisor of injury [REDACTED]. Operator did not request any treatment and opted to continue working. [REDACTED]) EE called out for their shift but no reason was mentioned to sup. [REDACTED]) beginning of their shift it was mentioned again of discomfort and pain when picking things up or bending down. Supervisor asked if they wanted to clock out but EE wanted to work. EE mentioned that they wanted to be seen by a physician but supervisor did not follow up on that request but mentioned they would create incident report that day (no report was generated that day).
