What happened
Around [REDACTED] a maintenance employee was replacing the Hepa filters on the [REDACTED]. They were donning all [REDACTED] while cleaning. Dust had gotten in their right eye causing pain and discomfort. EE flushed eyes and contacted their supervisor. EE was okay after flushing eyes and would contact supervisor is discomfort persisted. [REDACTED] the employee called supervisor again with complaint of increased discomfort. Maintenance supervisor drove employee to ER. Employee was given prescription upon discharge.
