What happened
On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] EE was in the process of down stacking a keg in the cooler of Osage Casino in [REDACTED] OK. When EE grabbed the top keg and began to move it EE felt his right foot sink into the floor causing his right knee to bend towards his left leg causing pain in his right knee. EE worked in-house light duty 2 14-2 15 then worked as a helper on [REDACTED] with no issues. On [REDACTED] EE reached out to safety stating his knee gave out again and requested medical treatment. On [REDACTED] EE was evaluated by the physician for right knee pain prescribed medication and released back to work with no restrictions.
