Among other methods feasible and acceptable abatement methods to correct
this hazard is to
install audible and visual alarms to alert operators that acceptable
operating temperatures for the
Cadox 40E process are being exceeded.  In addition fail safe controls
shall be installed to
automatically shut down the steam to the Cadox 40E vessel jacket when
acceptable
operating
temperatures are being exceeded.res
