safety latch, on or about 2/19/2010.
ABATEMENT NOTE: Among other feasible and acceptable methods to correct
this hazard is
to equip the hoist hook with a safety latch as described in ANSI
B30.16-2007. Section 16-1.2.9.
A latch shall be provided to bridge the throat opening of the hook and
retain, under slack
conditions, such  items as, but not limited to, slings and chains.
