29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee working from an aerial lift.    (a) On or about 03/05/2012 at 1201 Route 22 West, Bridgewater, NJ 08807: Employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10' from the ground below while working in a Genie S-40 Aerial Lift installing a steel beam without a fall protection system in place.       Brecknock Builders LLC, was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 311920631, Citation #1, Item #2, issued on 07/17/2009 with respect to a work place located at 12 Minneokoning Road, Flemington, NJ 08822 and became a final order on 08/17/2009.
