29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a- 2133 Lakewood Road, Toms River NJ: A company employee was exposed to fall hazards when working from an elevated man lift basket of an articulated boom lift while wearing a full body harness with one end of a lanyard attached to the harness and the other end attached to an unapproved location not specified by the articulated boom lift manufacturer. Condition observed on or about 05/24/21. Brecknock Builders, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1156014, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/25/16, with respect to a workplace located at 1195 Mt. Cobb Road, Mount Cobb, PA.
