29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:    (a) 1195 Mt. Cobb Road - Employees were utilizing Genie S-60 and JLG 400s aerial lifts to perform work activities and were not protected/restrained inside the basket by the use of an attached lanyard, thereby exposing the employee to a possible fall hazard of approximately 2 to 6 feet, on or about June 17, 2016.    CSHO Observed Abatement    Brecknock Builders LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 909805, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/03/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1115 Lancaster Avenue, Columbia, PA.
