29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous and effective:    On or about April 10, 2012, at the SELTZER Lease, SWEETWATER (CANYON SAND) Field, Well #1, Ringo Drilling Rig #6, 1.0 miles NE from Sweetwater TX 79556, the #1 mud pump was not grounded to earth. This condition exposed the employees to potential electrical hazards.
