29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) 10:12 pitched roof of new residential structure: On or about July 12, 2012 and at times prior thereto, the employer's training did not enable employee(s) to recognize and/or take the necessary safety precautions to avoid fall hazards while conducting roofing related activities which exposed an employee to falls up to 10-feet from the eave to the unfinished ground below.
