The Actuating lay device drive arm on the FARE-2 crimper box; and E. an employee was observed being exposed to amputation hazard while cutting a 1/2" tubing on a horizontal bandsaw without closing the guard. The blade had 4" of exposed blade that could not be covered by the guard.
