Laurel NJ: Employees working on roof trusses, approximately 28 feet to the ground surface below,  were walking the top plate of the second story framing without any means of fall protection.  Condition observed on or about 3/22/13.      NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
