29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not develop an accident prevention program, that provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment, to be made by competent persons designated by the employer. a) 46 Harlow Circle, Medford: The employer did not initiate a program for a competent person to conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite, to identify hazards and/or stop the work in the event workers were placed in a hazardous condition. As such, two workers conducting framing activities were not using fall protection (PFAS, safety nets, guardrails, etc.) and were thus exposed to fall hazards of 20 feet, from the roof to the ground. Observed on or about 4/15/2013.
