29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards. (a). The employees working on the scaffold at the D.R. Horton development on Lot 1111 were not trained on the fall hazards and prevention of fall hazards associated with work being performed from a scaffold as observed and documented on or about April 22, 2013.
