29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. On or about 05/01/2013, at the 6940 Sea Coral Dr. job site - employees installing walls were not protected from a fall hazard, in that, fall protection equipment was not provided for employees getting materials from the balconies, exposing the employees to a 10 foot 7 inch fall hazard. b. On or about 05/01/2013, at the 6952 Sea Coral Dr. job site - employees installing deck joists were not protected from a fall hazard, in that, fall protection equipment was not provided, exposing the employees to a 31 foot 11 inch fall hazard.
