(a) At Lot-92 on the Oak Ridge subdivision development the employee using the pneumatic nail gun installing truss finishing along the eave did not have eye or face protection to protect against being struck-by projectiles and splinters as observed on or about November 1, 2013.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) At the Oak Ridge subdivision Lot-92 where employees were installing plywood roof decking, no fall protection was being used to protect them from the leading edge danger or the 19-foot fall from the roof trusses to the ground below as observed on or about November 1, 2013. The MAG Construction Group was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 908705, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/1/13, with respect to a workplace located at 6940 & 6952 Sea Coral Dr. Orlando, Fl.
