29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by rotating parts: a) Laminator Machine - Laminating machine operators were subject to potential injury from the rotating shaft ends of two consecutive rollers located just prior to the web's entry into the infrared oven. Hose connectors were attached perpendicularly to each shaft end. On or about April 24, 2013. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, the employer must submit abatement certification, required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
