29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.: On or about January 29, 2015, employees working in the machinist shop were utilizing a compressed air nozzle for cleaning that did not have a reducer for 100 psi plant air, exposing the employees to the hazard of being struck by flying debris.
