Observed on or about 5/8/13.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. a) Lot 64-67 Next to 1305 Casho Mill Road, Newark, DE-Employees were intalling sheathing at approximately 20 feet above ground level without fall protection training. Observed on or about 5/8/13. Note:Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
