29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: A) 863 Somerset Street, Somerset, NJ 08873: The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. Employee was observed working on a non-compliant elevated work platform supported and elevated by a Pettibone Model 8042 Rough Terrain Forklift with no fall protection in place. Employee was utilizing stacked 2x6 boards as a platform to perform framing operations. Condition observed on or about May 10, 2013. Five Star Quality Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 699658, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on 4/22/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1815 Lombard Street, Philadelphia, PA.
